Returns Policy

Thank you for the purchase of one of our items displayed by our vendors. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full or partial refund. Please see below for more information on our returns policy. 

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all of the original tags and  labels attached. 

Return Process

To return an item, please email us at support@myeasel.co.uk as well as the vendor of the item with your order number and reason for the return. Following this,  you should communicate with the vendor to organise the returning of your item following their returns policy, which can be found on their store page. 

If the item you received is damaged, doesn’t match the listing description or is the wrong item, you are legally entitled to a refund for this product, even if the vendor will not accept a return. 

Please note, you must organise the shipment of this return with the vendor and dependent on their return policies (which can be found under their store terms & conditions) you may be responsible for all return shipping charges. 

Please ensure you retain all proof of postage in case the return is lost or damaged in transit. 

Refunds

After the vendor received your return and inspects the condition of the item, we will process your return. Please allow for at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. Please be aware that the refundable amount is the amount paid for the product. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. 

Exceptions

For items that have been damaged in transit, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund.
